1.Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by JBJ Commerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operating as VetPets, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States (“Sponsor”).
2.Eligibility
Open to individuals who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their place of residence, if higher) and who live in a country where VetPets sells and ships its products. Void in the Province of Quebec, the Australian Capital Territory, Italy, Brazil, Mexico and anywhere else where this Giveaway would require registration, bonding or a permit, or where it is prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor, its agencies and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.
3.Entry period
The Giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 3, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
4.How to enter
Method A — Free entry by email sign-up. Sign up with your email address through the giveaway sign-up form on shopvetpets.com during the Entry Period. A sign-up gives one (1) entry.
Method B — Order. Place an order through the VetPets online store (shopvetpets.com) during the Entry Period. An order gives one (1) entry, automatically registered to the email address used for the order. Automatic subscription renewals do not create entries. Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded are not valid entries.
Limit: one (1) entry per person in total, regardless of how many times a person signs up or orders and regardless of method. Entries are matched by name and email address, and duplicates are removed before the draw. Every entry has the same chance of winning, whether it comes from a free sign-up or an order. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or misdirected entries or technical failures. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.
5.The prize
One (1) Grand Prize, The Best-Friend Getaway, consisting of:
- A pet-friendly stay of up to four (4) nights for the winner, one (1) guest and the winner’s pet, plus round-trip travel for two (2) from the winner’s home, to a destination of the winner’s choice within the winner’s country of residence, booked by Sponsor
- A half-day professional photoshoot with the winner’s pet during the trip
- A framed custom portrait
- Twelve (12) months of the VetPets daily care routine: eight (8) FreshWipes jars and eight (8) EyeWipes jars, shipped in instalments to the winner’s address
Approximate retail value (ARV) of the trip package (stay, travel, photoshoot, portrait): up to US$3,000. ARV of the 12-month routine: approximately US$736. Total ARV of all prizes: up to approximately US$3,736.
The destination must be within the winner’s country of residence; Sponsor chooses the mode of travel (air, rail or car rental) that best fits the destination and the pet. Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of the draw, subject to availability and blackout dates. Sponsor books stay and travel up to the ARV; any difference between the ARV and the actual cost is not awarded. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize element of equal or greater value if necessary. Travelling with a pet is subject to the rules of the carrier and accommodation; any pet travel costs above the ARV, travel documents, insurance, meals, transfers not included above and all other expenses are the winner’s responsibility. Taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
6.Drawing and odds
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 4, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7.Winner notification
The potential winner will be notified by email within two (2) days of the drawing and must reply within seven (7) days. The potential winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where lawful). A resident of Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as winner. A US winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is ineligible or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.
8.Thank-you gift for all entrants
Not part of the Giveaway. Every eligible entrant who does not win will receive by email, on or about December 5, 2026, a one-time code for one free VetPets jar (FreshWipes or EyeWipes) added to their next order placed by December 18, 2026. One code per person. The code has no cash value, cannot be combined with other free-gift codes and requires a new order to redeem. This is a guaranteed thank-you, not a prize awarded by chance.
9.Publicity
Where permitted by law, and only with the winner’s consent, Sponsor may use the winner’s first name, country, pet’s name and photos from the prize photoshoot in its marketing without further compensation.
10.Privacy
Personal data collected for this Giveaway is processed according to the VetPets Privacy Policy and used to administer the Giveaway, contact the winner and send the thank-you gift. Signing up also subscribes you to VetPets emails; you can unsubscribe at any time, and your entry still counts.
11.General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the event.
12.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its agencies are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from accepting or using the prize, including travel.
13.Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these rules limits mandatory consumer rights in the entrant’s country of residence.
14.Winner’s name
For the winner’s first name and country, email info@shopvetpets.com with the subject “Best-Friend Getaway winner” after December 10, 2026 and before January 31, 2027.
15.Social media
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or any other platform. Entrants release these platforms from all liability.
