For customers in the United Kingdom (UK)

  • Standard Shipping: £2.00 (Free on orders £37 and over)

  • Priority Shipping: £4.50

  • Note: Prices are displayed and charged in GBP (£) at checkout.

For customers in the Rest of the World

Standard Shipping: $2.95 (Free on orders $49 and over)

Priority Shipping: $6.00

Note: The amount will be automatically converted and displayed in your local currency at checkout.

No hidden fees: All charges are clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


Order Processing

Handling time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT+01:00, Stockholm). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing.

Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after processing.

Business days: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Reliable Courier Services: We ship via Evri Home and Royal Mail across the UK, and via local partners for international deliveries.

Missing Items

Report: If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopvetpets.com.

Resolution: We will investigate and provide either a replacement or a refund.


Return Policy

Return window: We offer both the 14-day legal right of withdrawal and an extended 100-day return period.

Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
