Missing Items

Report: If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopvetpets.com.

Return Policy

Return window: We offer both the 14-day legal right of withdrawal and an extended 100-day return period.
Conditions: One opened kit per order is refunded in full without needing to be returned. Any additional kits must be unopened and in their original packaging.
